Refund Policy

At Sam Depot, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review our guidelines below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be new and unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team to receive a return authorization. You are responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with returning the item. For your security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please be aware that this does not include any original shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the designated time, first double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refund processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@samdepot.com for further assistance.

Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please reach out to our support team with details and proof of the issue, and we will assist you in exchanging the item for the same model.
